This is supplemented by a technical support center in Germany for European customers, as well as by local marketing representatives in various regions.

Treehouse Software provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers can speak directly to our attentive support staff during our regular business hours and have access to up-to-date support information on the Treehouse Web site's on-line support center. The support staff can also be reached by e-mail and during off hours, a telephone answering service. Treehouse representatives are continuously "on call" to ensure that customers receive answers to their questions and solutions to their problems as quickly as possible.
